Using Shainee
Shainee lets you sign in once and use partner services inside the app. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens with your account.
Partner services
Partners are independent businesses. They are responsible for their goods, services, prices and delivery. Shainee checks partners before listing them but does not sell their products.
Payments and escrow
When you pay with Shainee, you pay on CityPay's page and Shainee holds the money until the seller delivers, then pays the seller. If something goes wrong with an order, contact the partner first, then us.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Shainee, try to break its security, or use it for anything illegal.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Shainee is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the acts of partners.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
