Shainee is one app for many partner services: you sign in once, open partners such as shops and coworking spaces inside Shainee, and pay them through Shainee, which holds the money until the seller delivers. This page says what we collect to do that, why, who we share it with, and how to delete it.
What we collect

| City and country | Only if you allow location. Your phone turns its position into a city and country; we keep only those names, never your exact position. You can turn this off in Settings, which also removes them from our servers. |
| Which partner apps you allowed, pinned and opened | To show your recent and favourite apps, and to remember your consent. |
| Payments you make through Shainee | Amount, partner, sellers, status and dates, to hold money in escrow, pay sellers and handle problems. |

We do not show ads, sell your data, or track you across other apps and websites.
Who we share it with
- Partner apps you open. Each partner gets an identifier that is different for every partner, so partners cannot link you across apps. They get your name only if you tap Allow, and you can revoke that any time in Settings.
- Payment providers. CityPay processes your payment on its own page; CityWallet pays sellers. They receive what they need to move the money.
- When the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account until you delete it. Sign-up codes expire within minutes. Payment records are kept after an account is deleted, without your name or mobile number, because partners, sellers and accounting rules depend on them.
Your choices
- Turn location off: Settings → Location.
- Stop sharing your name with a partner: Settings → Connected apps → Revoke.
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account. See Delete your account.
Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Partners receive short-lived signed tokens, never your password.
Children
Shainee is not meant for children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
