In the app
- Open Shainee and go to Me.
- Tap the Settings gear.
- Tap Delete account and enter your password.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email [support email] from the email address on your account (or tell us your mobile number), with the subject "Delete my Shainee account". We confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: email or mobile number, name and password.
- Your city and country.
- Your consents, pinned apps and history of opened apps.
- Sign-up codes and records of sign-in attempts.
What is kept
Records of payments you made, without your name or mobile number. Partners, sellers and accounting rules depend on them, so they are kept for as long as the law requires. Partners may keep their own records of orders you placed with them; contact them to delete those.
